How the Hours Block Works
Your hours, clearly explained.
Essentials and Advanced plans include a monthly hours block for content updates and maintenance tasks. Here’s exactly how it works — no surprises.
Hours are included each month and are available for content updates, copy edits, image swaps, new page additions, and similar tasks.
Hours do not roll over. They expire at the end of each calendar month.
If your hours run out, additional work is billed at $115/hr. You are always notified before overage work begins.
Important:Routine maintenance items never count toward your hours bank — plugin updates, WordPress core updates, security monitoring, automated reports, and sitemap submission are all handled outside your hours.
