How the Hours Block Works

Your hours, clearly explained.

Essentials and Advanced plans include a monthly hours block for content updates and maintenance tasks. Here’s exactly how it works — no surprises.

  • Hours are included each month and are available for content updates, copy edits, image swaps, new page additions, and similar tasks.
  • Hours do not roll over. They expire at the end of each calendar month.
  • If your hours run out, additional work is billed at $115/hr. You are always notified before overage work begins.

Important: Routine maintenance items never count toward your hours bank — plugin updates, WordPress core updates, security monitoring, automated reports, and sitemap submission are all handled outside your hours.

What counts toward your hours
  • Content edits — updates & new content
  • Image swaps and media updates
  • New page additions or layout changes
  • llms.txt maintenance (Advanced plan)
