Daigle Cleaning Systems. A platform built for franchise growth.
Daigle Cleaning Systems is an Albany-founded cleaning company with a growing franchise model. Five Towers consolidated an oversized site into a focused, high-quality WordPress presence — balancing their commercial and residential cleaning services while preserving SEO quality throughout. A separate franchise lander, also built by Five Towers, supports their franchise program independently.
Who they are, and why they came to us.
Daigle Cleaning Systems is an Albany-founded cleaning company that has expanded beyond service delivery into a franchise model — giving entrepreneurs the systems, training, and support to run their own Daigle operation. That dual focus creates a unique challenge: the site needs to speak to two very different audiences at once.
When they came to Five Towers, their site had too many unnecessary pages and the structure was not user-friendly. They also needed to sharpen their positioning around commercial cleaning while still serving their residential client base. Their franchise program, a growing part of the business, needed its own dedicated presence handled by a separate partner.
The Challenge
Too many pages. Not enough focus.
Daigle’s existing site was built on an older SEO strategy — duplicating service pages for every city they served. Albany got a commercial cleaning page. Saratoga got a commercial cleaning page. And so on, across every service and every location. It was a common approach a few years ago, but it had created a bloated, hard-to-maintain site with thin, repetitive content that no longer reflected how search engines evaluate quality.
-
Dozens of near-duplicate location pages — one per service, per city — created a confusing site structure and diluted content quality across the board.
-
The old strategy had run its course — search engines now reward depth and relevance over volume, and the site wasn’t keeping up.
-
No clear commercial focus — the site treated residential and commercial equally when the business had shifted to prioritize commercial clients.
-
Consolidation risked losing existing search visibility if not handled carefully — redirects, canonical tags, and content quality all needed attention.
-
The franchise program needed its own dedicated presence, separate from the main service site, coordinated with a franchise-specific partner.
What We Did
The work, and the thinking behind it.
Five Towers rebuilt the Daigle site in WordPress — scraping existing content and refreshing it throughout, consolidating a location-page-heavy structure into a focused, well-organized presence that leads with commercial cleaning while keeping residential services clearly available.
A separate franchise lander, also built by Five Towers, was handed off to Daigle’s franchise partner for hosting.
Fewer pages, stronger signal.
The old site was built on a location-page SEO strategy — a separate page for every service in every city. Albany commercial cleaning. Saratoga commercial cleaning. Repeat across every service and market. We audited the full page structure, consolidated redundant location pages into stronger, well-optimized service pages, and set up proper redirects to preserve search equity. The result is a leaner site with higher-quality content that better reflects how search engines evaluate relevance today.
Commercial-forward design that still serves residential clients.
The redesigned site leads with commercial cleaning — positioning Daigle clearly for the business clients they most want to attract — while keeping residential services accessible and well-represented. Existing content was scraped and refreshed throughout, bringing the copy up to date without starting from scratch. The visual design uses Daigle’s red and black brand palette with bold, confident typography that communicates professionalism and scale.
A dedicated franchise presence, built for handoff.
Alongside the main service site, Five Towers built a separate franchise landing page for Daigle’s franchise program. Designed to attract and qualify prospective franchise owners, the lander was built for handoff — hosted and managed by Daigle’s franchise-specific partner, with Five Towers handling the design and build.
Structured for search from day one.
On-page SEO was baked in at build — metadata, schema markup for the organization, semantic heading structure, and internal linking across service pages. Local SEO signals and geographic language are built into the consolidated page structure, positioning Daigle for search visibility in the commercial and residential cleaning market across the Albany area and beyond.
What We Did
What changed after launch.
Daigle launched with a leaner, sharper site — commercially focused, clearly organized, and built to perform.
SEO and AEO quality was preserved throughout the consolidation, and the separate franchise lander gave the franchise program the dedicated presence it needed.
The main site is maintained on a Five Towers hosting plan. The franchise lander is hosted and managed by Daigle’s franchise partner, with Five Towers available for design updates as the program evolves.
