Website Build

Kershner Grosso & Co. A website that finally fits the firm.

Kershner Grosso & Co. is a Saratoga Springs-based wealth management firm founded in 1979. With decades of client relationships and a reputation built on trust, they needed a website that actually reflected who they are — not who they used to be.

The Situation

Who they are, and why they came to us.

Kershner Grosso & Co. has been managing client wealth in Saratoga Springs since 1979 — decades of relationships, disciplined investment management, and a reputation built entirely on trust.

Their service offering spans portfolio and investment management, financial and retirement planning, company retirement accounts, trustee and guardianship services, and investment strategies for special situations. It’s a full-service firm with deep roots in the community.

When they came to Five Towers, their website didn’t reflect much of that. It was outdated, not user-friendly, and failed to communicate what KGC actually does or why a client should choose them. For a firm that runs on credibility, the gap between what the site said and what the firm had become was impossible to ignore.

The Challenge

A site that didn’t represent the firm.

The existing site was holding KGC back. It wasn’t broken — but it wasn’t working either.

  • Outdated design that hadn’t kept pace with 45 years of growth and an evolving client base.
  • Not fully mobile-friendly — a significant portion of visitors were getting a degraded experience
  • No cohesive brand voice — the copy didn’t reflect the firm’s depth, expertise, or approach
  • The brand needed to feel authentic to the trades audience — blue collar, bold, and credible — without feeling cheap or amateurish.

What We Did

The work, and the thinking behind it.

We rebuilt the site from the ground up in WordPress. Custom designed to KGC’s brand, written in their voice, and structured around how a prospective client actually evaluates a wealth management firm.

Website Design & Build

A professional presence built for a professional firm.

The visual direction draws from KGC’s existing brand — deep greens, warm gold, and a refined typographic palette — and translates it into a modern web presence. Clean, confident, and appropriate for the audience: high-net-worth individuals making long-term financial decisions.

Copywriting

Written from scratch, in their voice.

We coordinated with the KGC team for all site copy to ensure accuracy across the homepage, service pages, team bios, and the firm’s history section. The tone is warm but authoritative, written for the kind of client KGC actually serves. The goal was to communicate expertise and trustworthiness without sounding like every other financial firm’s website.

SEO Foundation

Structured for search from day one.

On-page SEO was built into the site at launch — metadata, schema markup, semantic heading structure, and internal linking across service pages. KGC is now indexed and visible for the searches that matter in their market.

What We Did

What changed after launch.

KGC launched with a website that finally reflects the firm — professionally, visually, and in the language they use with clients every day.

Five Towers has continued to support KGC since launch handling content updates, site maintenance, and ongoing improvements as the firm grows. The relationship didn’t end at launch day.

Five Towers Media has been wonderful to work with. They took an extremely flawed and archaic website and gave it a complete redesign, and it finally feels like it actually fits our company and delivers the information we want it to. […] I would absolutely recommend working with Five Towers Media. […]
